Carrie Imperato, LAc
Carrie Imperato is a New York State licensed Massage Therapist and Acupuncturist with nearly 20 years of experience helping clients restore balance, relieve pain, and support overall wellness.
Carrie began her training in massage therapy in 2006 and became licensed in New York State in 2008. Through years of hands-on clinical work, she developed a strong understanding of how the body responds to stress, injury, and daily strain.
Seeking to deepen her ability to address the root causes of health concerns, Carrie began studying Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture in 2010. She completed her acupuncture training in 2014 and became licensed to practice acupuncture in New York State in 2018.
Today, Carrie integrates both massage therapy and acupuncture to support the body’s natural ability to heal and restore balance. Her treatments focus on relieving pain, calming the nervous system, improving sleep, supporting hormonal balance, and helping clients feel more at ease in their bodies.
Carrie takes an individualized approach to care, recognizing that each person’s health story is unique. Her goal is to provide treatments that are both deeply therapeutic and restorative.
